Fear is a 'terrible master'
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble" (Matthew 6: 33-34). These Bible verses from the New Testament are comforting — but how do we apply them to our modern lives, which can be full of stress and anxiety? Jesus Christ’s words in this Bible verse are "the very key" to addressing an issue that "troubles men’s hearts" most today: anxiety.
