The USA has stopped Gender madness but not Queensland health

The USA has now stopped the transgender mind virus - so why is Queensland Health continuing this madness?

Parents can finally see the light at the end of the gender-madness tunnel, looking forward to regaining the right to guide the moral path of their own children. Regular non-woke teachers hope they can return to providing an actual education. That also goes for many throughout the medical field, in both the mental and physical health areas of care, who look forward to rejecting the pressure to psychologically and physically “transition” their patients, upholding their pledge as doctors and surgeons to do no harm.

Of these doctors is Texas surgeon Eithan Haim, one of many physicians caught in the crosshairs of the gender activist mob after he chose to stand up to the blatant falsehoods of this abhorrent ideology, risking his career in the process.

Dr. Haim blew the whistle on Texas Children’s Hospital in 2023. He could not, in good conscience, contain the knowledge that illegal “gender-affirming” operations were being performed in an on-campus clinic after the hospital spokesperson had claimed these operations would no longer continue.

Gender-related treatments such as the removal or fabrication of the sex organs of a minor or the prescription of puberty suppressors and other hormones had been recently defined under Texas Family Code 261.001 as abuse per an opinion issued by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in 2022. Following the change, Texas Children’s Hospital publicly pledged to stop its work in this area and promised to close its gender clinic by the new law.

However, months later, Haim gathered documentation and recorded his firsthand accounts of the clinics’ ongoing operations, proving that many doctors and nurses were ignoring the law and proceeding as usual behind closed doors. Haim leaked the information to journalist Christopher Rufo, showing that the hospital had continued with “gender-affirming care” in secret.

In the documented case of the Harvard-trained surgeon, Kristy Rialon, she had provided drugs and hormones to underage patients throughout 2022 and 2023, including “one procedure on an 11-year-old ‘female-to-male transgender person,” after the hospital had already told the public of its plans to halt these processes.

When it was discovered that Haim had been the one to expose the hospital’s illegal medical activity, the Biden administration went after him, [indicting Haim with four felony charges. The allegations were that Haim violated patient privacy — despite the doctor never mentioning a patient’s name or identifying information in his public claims.

Since then, Haim has faced the prospect of spending a decade in federal prison. He anxiously awaited a change in White House administration that would likely give him back his freedom and reputation.

As of Friday, January 24, Haim has gotten his wish.

An article by The Free Press describes the recent activity from the Trump administration on behalf of Haim that was life-changing for him. “At around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Haim received notice that the Trump DOJ dismissed all charges against him, with prejudice — meaning the charges cannot be refiled.”

Haim took risks by speaking out against a major U.S. hospital, knowing the day's political climate could sway an unjust system against him. “For him, it wasn’t even a decision,” said his wife, Andrea. “Kids were being harmed, and he had to stop it.” Courageously, Haim swore to “do no harm” by speaking up for those who couldn’t speak for themselves as they were abused unwittingly.

Today, we can finally see the dark cloud of the gender craze breaking apart. Pray that those who have faced unjust punishments for refusing to comply will find true justice as Dr. Haim has.
